山东恒利石油化工股份有限公司开发的HD系列合成型导热油通过山东省科技厅科学技术成果鉴定（鲁科成鉴字[2011]第603号）。成果名称：废油（HW08）再利用制取有机热载体项目。鉴定委员会一致认为：该项目产品填补国内空白，达到国际先进水平；（鲁科成鉴字[2011]第604号）成果名称：HD-360高温有机热载体，鉴定委员会一致认为：该项目产品填补国内空白，达到国际同类产品先进水平。

　　HD系列合成型导热油主要适用石油化工、塑料橡胶、印刷、染织、油脂、食品、建材、造纸等行业及宾馆、医院、饮食、游泳池等集中供热系统，操作使用温度在-30℃-315℃内液相传热连续运行。

　　HD系列合成型导热油是以石化及化工产品为原料经过有机合成工艺而制成的，其结构为合成芳烃，主要优点为：

　　其合成芳烃化学结构具有良好的热稳定性、耐热性、抗氧化性。有利于提高传导效率，增长使用寿命。

　　具有良好的低温性，倾点在40℃以下，保证低温环境下使用时顺利启动，有利冬季运行。

　　溶解性、自净性高，能溶解淤泥，在传导运行中极少积炭、结焦、使锅炉管路不易结垢，提高传递热效率，节约能源。

　　导热效率高，在相同条件下比矿物型导热油高出318％，有利于提高传导温度。

　　闪点、着火点、自燃点、沸点比矿物型导热油高，有利于减少导热油的高温劣化，提高使用寿命，保证系统安全运行。

　　无毒、无味、无污染，有利十环境及劳动保护。

　　HD系列合成型导热油其结构组以芳烃结构为主,它与市面上使用的矿物型导热油相比,具有更好的热稳定性、化学稳定性、节能、换热效率高、自净性好、免清洗，在300℃传导温度下，其使用寿命为40000-50000小时，比矿物型导热油使用寿命提高2-3倍。

　　HD合成型导热油使用寿命较矿物型导热油长，主要原因是合成导热油的热稳定性好，组分芳烃含量高。矿物型导热油是以石油产品的某段馏分为原料经加工调制而成，其结构组分为碳链饱和烃、环烷烃、芳烃、混和烃等，都为较长的分子结构链，使用中极易因受高温，从而使分子链性能变差，形成积炭、结焦和淤结，使导热油稠化，易堵塞管路，管壁结垢，严重影响导热油传导性能。而合成导热油是以石化及化工产品为原料经有机合成工艺制成，其组分以芳烃为主，其中芳烃以单环结构居多，其二三四环芳烃占比例极少，其馏分范围相对较窄，纯度高，在使用过程中分子结构不易变化，因而合成导热油使用温度高，使用寿命长，热稳定性好。

In 2007, the center published the only tool book, 《the basic knowledge of the application technology of heat conduction oil》, in the domestic thermal oil industry.
