JQ-320加氢导热油是以环烷饱和烃为主要成分的基础油加氢精制而成的有机热载体。将基础油中的易挥发低沸物轻组分用二次分切工艺切除，得到成分更纯、镏程更窄的油品。根据不同牌号再添加各种抗氧、阻焦、防老、金属钝化等各种石油产品添加剂低温调和而成，经中国石油化工科学研究院检验分析，其主要成分为环烷烃，热稳定性好，在系统设备符合HG27004-93规程的前提下，其使用期限可达30000小时以上；经中国医学院卫生研究所检验，对小白鼠急性半致死lD50>5000mg/kg；本加氢导热油属无毒产品；由国家化学品登记注册中心鉴定证明，本产品不属易燃易爆品；同时经腐蚀试验合格，用户不需采取防腐措施。经石科院国家级大型实验室进行热工试验分析，其热传导性能好，热值高，载热量大。加氢导热油的闪点、燃点、自燃点较高，因此在正常温度下无起火危险。在非受压系统中，使用安全可靠，其高纯度，窄馏分使用加氢导热油的用户长期跟踪调查，无论在应用或操作方面，使用导热油无压系统的成本与使用蒸气高压系统相比节能30%以上。
