煤矿井下专用超高分子量聚乙烯管材是我公司又一项自主研制的高新技术产品，其主料采用分子量不低于250万的超高分子量聚乙烯树脂，产品各项性能指标大大优于现有的煤矿井下用高密度聚乙烯管材，具有“砸不烂、摔不坏、折不断”的特点，煤矿井下使用更安全、更可靠。
一、矿用管材井下长期使用的两大关键性能指标更为优异：
1.拉伸强度:我方通过权威部门的取样测试可知，普通聚乙烯矿用管的拉伸强度一般在15MPa以下，而超高分子量聚乙烯矿用管拉伸强度在20MPa以上。
2.抗冲击强度:煤矿井下环境恶劣，普通的聚乙烯双抗管一旦受到外力冲击，会发生管材爆管、局部断裂等现象，其根本原因是普通聚乙烯矿用管抗冲击强度只有10KJ/㎡以下，而超高分子量聚乙烯矿用管抗冲击强度高达50KJ/㎡以上，因此具备了经受各种碰撞冲击和水锤作用而不开裂的能力。
二、可靠的接头连接方式：
普通聚乙烯双抗管接头采用焊接法兰托方式，其致命的缺点是焊缝处存在应力集中，遇外力冲击很易折裂。而超高分子双抗管接头采用管材本体直接翻边，确保管材和接头是一体的，这样连接的安全性大大提高。
