超高分子量聚乙烯钢骨架复合管材的优异性能
超高分子量聚乙烯钢骨架复合管材以超高分子量聚乙烯内管为基体，经“过塑”处理的高强度钢丝平行分布缠绕在敷胶的内管上，形成增强钢丝层，同时，以聚乙烯热收缩带或内壁敷胶的超高分子量外膜片为保护层，三者热熔为一体而成的复合管材。其特点是：内外层采用同一材质，保证了伸缩的一致性；钢丝定位牢固、附着力强，使管材承压能力大大提高；钢丝过塑，与内外层的粘合材料融为一体，更加安全可靠。
钢骨架增强超高分子量聚乙烯钢骨架复合管是迪浩又一创新产品，拥有两项核心技术：国际首创超高分子量聚乙烯膜片钢丝增强管材复合技术；国内首次实现超高加筋管材的单螺杆挤出技术。
