产品说明

　　氟硅橡胶(FVMQ)为透明或淡黄色弹性体。氟硅橡胶生胶经加工硫化而成的制品具有良好的力学性能，卓越的耐高低温性能(-70～200℃)和耐油性能(各种燃油、合成油、润滑油)，是现代航空、火箭、导弹、宇航飞行等尖端科学技术及其它工业不可缺少的材料。

　　主要用途

　　广泛应用于耐高温，耐低温，耐燃油(航空燃油、汽车燃油)，耐润滑油(各种合成油)，耐流体(各种非极性溶剂)，耐腐蚀(酸、碱)，耐臭氧，耐辐射，耐大气老化的场合，制作垫圈，垫片，型圈，型环，骨架油封，隔膜，胶管，电缆护套，隔热布，阀片，伸缩接头，胶辊，涂层，膏状室温硫化腻子等。

　　注意事项

　　1、本产品应保持中性，避免接触酸性、碱性物质。

　　2、本产品自重下会流动，运输及使用过程中，应包装完好，避免四处溢流.。

　　包装、运输、贮存

　　1、氟硅橡胶以胶片形式包装与聚乙烯塑料袋内，再装入纸箱，每箱净重20公斤。

　　2、无毒、不燃、不爆、无腐蚀，按非危险品运输。

　　3、本产品应贮存在清洁干燥的仓库内。

　　Established in 2004, our main products are fluoropolymers and fluorinated fine chemicals. Fluoro-polymers include melt-processable fluorinated plastics, such as FEP/ETFE/PVDF/PFA/PFSA/ PFCA and fluoroelastomer FKM series. Fluorinated fine chemicals include HFPO/PPVE/MTPME/ TFE-Sultone, which are widely used in different industries of natioanl defence, military, aerospace, electronics, semiconductor, automobile, machinery, chemicals, textiles, construction, medical and so on.

　　The project 500MT/year high purity HFPO obtained the certificate of National Torch Programme issued by S&T Ministry . The project 32,100MT/year fluorinated high polymers was listed as the 10th of the strategic newly developing industries in Shandong province. The product Perfluorosulfonated acid resin(PFSA) is approved as the national independent innovation by S&T Ministry. Shenzhou has been approved as the provincial high and new technical enterprise, national technical innvotion experimental enterprise and star enterprise of China patents We have got the certificates of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and national third-grade confidentiality qualification
