连接原理…Connection Method

　　钢丝网骨架塑料(聚乙烯)复合管的连接采用电热熔连接和法兰连接等多种方式，电热熔连接是将复合管承插到电热熔管件中，对预埋在管件内表面的电热丝通电使其发热。先使管件内表面熔化而产生熔体，熔体膨胀并充满管材管件的间隙，直至管材外表面也产生熔体，两种熔体互相熔融在一起，冷却成型后，管材与管件紧密连接为一体。

　　SRTP Pipes connect in many ways, the most common ways are melt fused connection and flanged joint. Melt fused connection is to insert the pipe into the melt fused connection fittings, electrify the heating wire in the fitting to make it heat. Soon the inner surface of the fitting begins to melt, and it expands to fill the gaps between the pipe and fitting, later the outer surface melts and the two fuse together, at last they cool down to a whole body of pipe and fitting.

Founded in August 2002, Shandong Longquan Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. is a leading business in the production of prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCP) in China’s building industry. Our head office is located in Boshan Economic Development Area, Zibo, Shandong. On April 26, 2012, our company was listed as Share A among small and medium enterprises in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (name of security: Longquan stock; security code: 002671). Presently Longqian has obtained many titles, such as vice president unit of China Concrete and Cement Association (CCPA), vice president unit of Chinese Cankerous and Protection Society, vice president unit of Shandong Silicate Society, one of the organizations that involve in drafting the national and industrial standard on PCCP, and member unit of Research on Major Issues before the 13th Five Year Plan of China’s Building Material Industry. Our company has a provincial enterprise technical center and is rated as Shandong Research Center on PCCP Engineering. We have also set up the Longquan Research Institute on New Material Engineering and Technology with Beijing University of Technology, which is aimed at the design and research of PCCP featuring long service life, corrosion resistance and long efficiency. Now our company has obtained 61 patents for invention and utility model patents related to production, research and anticorrosion of PCCP.

　　Following the development concept of “market comes before factory” and “solid efforts lead to a large business; intelligence brings about prosperity”, our company takes the lead in advancing and effectively applying the innovative business model featuring “establishing factory in other cities as well as flow production” and has set the Build a time-honored enterprise in Longquan, and realize the sales revenue of RMB 10 billion. We also set up Shandong Longquan Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd., Henan Branch Office, Hebei Branch Office and Liaoning Branch Office in Xinzheng, Xingtai and Fuxin respectively. In addition, we have established the Pipe Installation Branch Office, Machinery Branch Office as well as three holding subsidiaries, i.e. Beijing Longquan Jiaying Railway Facilities Co., Ltd., Shandong Quanrun Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Longquan Water Pipe Engineering Co., Ltd. All these contribute to a strategic layout of “base on Shandong and radiate the whole country”, which lays a solid foundation for the continuous expansion of regional water transfer and brings about desirable advantages for the company’s future development and product transformation and upgrading.
