阳离子聚丙烯酰胺是由阳离子单体和丙烯酰胺共聚而成的线形高分子聚合物。具有脱色、吸附、除浊、粘合等功能。
技术指标
主要用途
污泥脱水剂：城市与工业污水常用活化污泥法处理，生化污泥常常是亲水性很强的胶体，有机含量高，极难脱水。用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺处理，用量少，脱水效率高，易于分离。
造纸助剂：在造纸行业中，可直接与无机盐离子、纤维以及其它有机高分子发生静电桥梁作用以达到纸张的物理强度，减少纤维或阳离子。PAM纸张增强剂是一种含氨基甲酰基的水溶性阳离子聚合物，具有可有效提高纸张的强度的功能。减少纤维或填料的流火，加快滤水，起到增强、助留、助滤的作用。还可以用于白水处理，在脱墨过程中亦能起到明显的絮凝效果。
污水和有机废水的处理：本产品在酸性或碱性介质中均呈现阳电性，这样对污水中悬浮颗粒带阴电荷的污水进行絮凝沉淀、澄清是极为有效的。如酒精厂废水，啤酒厂废水，味精厂废水，制糖厂废水，肉制品废水，饮料厂废水，纺织印染厂的废水等。阳离子聚丙烯酰胺要比用阴离子聚丙烯酰胺，非离子聚丙烯酰胺或无机盐效果要高数倍或数十倍。因为这类废水普遍带有阴电荷。
用于以江河作水源的自来水厂的水处理絮凝剂：用量少，效果好，成本低。特别是和无机絮凝剂复配使用效果更好。它将成为沿长江、黄河、淮河及其他河流流域的水厂的高效絮凝剂。
油田化学剂：如粘十防膨剂，油田酸化用稠化剂等。
