【产品概述】 
HTM—A1聚羧酸高性能减水剂是山东淄博海特曼化工有限公司潜心研制的新一代环保型高性能混凝土外加，其主要成分为长侧链醚酯类聚合物经过多种有机单体的共聚和经过分子结构控制设计反应而成的聚合物，具有高减水、塌落度经时损失小、高强度等性能特点，广泛适用于不同工程或混凝土种类的需要，特别适用于C50以上自流平混凝土及水下高流态自密实混凝土。产品性能指标均大幅度超过GB8076—2008、JG/T223、铁道部【2009】152等技术标准中规定的性能指标，可广泛应用于市政、交通、水电、核电、军工工程。

【性能特点】 
HTM—A1聚羧酸高性能减水剂广泛适用于应普通硅酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥、矿渣水泥、粉煤灰水泥、中热水泥等且针对配置高性能混凝土中掺用的粉煤灰、矿粉、硅粉等活性掺合料有着良好适应性；同时产品可与引气剂、缓凝剂等复配改善混凝土施工性能。

掺入HTM—A1聚羧酸高性能减水剂后，在保持水胶比不变的情况下，可以提高混凝土塌落度20cm以上且新拌混凝土显示出均匀、粘度低、外观细腻光泽，用于配制高流态、泵送混凝土，也可以用于自密实等高性能混凝土工程。掺入HTM—A1聚羧酸高性能减水剂后，在保持强度不变的情况下可以取得节省水泥25%  30%的经济效益。

【使用方法及注意事项】 
本产品为聚羧酸减水剂原液，有含固量20％～50％浓度的产品，   PH值为6—7。推荐掺量为胶凝材料用量的0.3%～1.2%。配制超高强混凝土时，掺量可适当提高；
本产品的最佳用量最好依混凝土设计标号和试验选择确定。但不能与萘磺酸系减水剂复配，当预备与其它外加剂同时使用时，需要先进行相容性试验；

【包装、储存】 
本品为液体产品，需通过200公斤、1吨塑料桶或槽罐车等容器包装运输，最好不要长时间用铁桶包装。本产品性能稳定，长期贮存不分层、无沉淀，冬季不冻。
