　　主要性能及用途：

　　半脆刚玉是综合了棕、白刚玉的部分优点而研制的一种高档刚玉磨料新产品，是继棕、白、锆、铬刚玉后的又一种应用范围较广的，有自己独特磨削性能的刚玉系列磨料的新品种，我公司还可对其表面进行涂附高温煅烧处理，松散过筛，提高磨粒表面的粗糙度，增加亲水性，属国内首创。

　　半脆刚玉有合理的韧性和良好的自锐性，可用于陶瓷磨具、树脂磨具及涂附磨具的生产制造。生产的固结磨具有较高的耐用度，良好的自锐性和保持性。在相同的条件下，加工某些工件时，工件的表面质量，加工效率及磨具的耐用度均优于棕、白、铬、单晶刚玉。相对于棕、白刚玉砂轮，每修整一次，加工工件的件数可增加一倍;相对于铬刚玉、单晶刚玉可提高10%----30%，或达到其同样的使用效果。用于粗磨可提高加工效率，用于精磨可提高工件的表面质量。

　　半脆刚玉生产的固结磨具可用来加工普通工业用钢材、轴承钢、各种不锈钢、工具钢。Cr,W,Mo,V,Co含量较低的特种合金钢，部分铸铁、各种有色金属，如含Cu,Ni,Mg的铝合金，含S,Zn的铜，含Al,Zn的镁合金等。半脆刚玉生产的涂附磨具除加工上述的金属材料外，还适用于加工合成材料，各种胶合板、层压板、薄木板、硬木、软木、漆器、皮革等。
