采用国际先进水平的挤出工艺生产线和模压工艺生产厚度为10mm-60mm的各规格产品,该产品主要利用超高分子量聚乙烯的耐磨损、耐冲击、自润滑、卫生无毒等一系列优点,代替锰钢板、不锈钢板、钢砂、混凝土等用做衬里材料,具有安装方便、放仓快、不粘结、不堵仓的较好效果。
产品特点:
·表面平整度和光洁度高以及厚度偏差小(小于板材厚度的2.5%)等优点。
·板材规格:宽度100-600mm,厚度6-30mm,长度任意截取。可根据用户要求设计各种规格的挤出板材模具。
·用途:主要用于煤、矿石、沙子等各种货仓的衬里,延长使用寿命,解决出口堵塞问题。亦可作为其他用途。
超高分子量聚乙烯UHMW-PE板材的特性特点:
1、高耐磨性:超高分子量聚乙烯工程塑料管道具有极高的抗滑动摩擦能力,在同等介质情况下,耐磨性是碳钢的6倍以上。
2、抗腐蚀性:基于超高分子量聚乙烯是一种饱和分子键结构,故其化学稳定性极高,在一定温度和浓度范围内能耐各种腐蚀性介质(酸、碱、盐)及有机溶剂的侵蚀。
3、高抗冲击性:超高分子量聚乙烯管道的的抗冲击性和吸收冲击能居塑料之首,无论是外力强冲击还是内部压力波动都难以使其开裂。其冲击强度为尼龙66的10倍,聚乙烯PE100的4倍。
4、超强的抗拉强度和承压能力:超高分子量聚乙烯管道具有良好的耐候性和抗老化性。因超高分子量聚乙烯分子链中不饱和基因很少,分子量大,即使使用50年左右,管道仍可保持70%以上的机械性能。
5、节能效果好:超高分子量聚乙烯管道有自润滑和不粘着性,摩擦系数小。特殊工艺生产的管道内壁抗腐蚀、抗磨损、不结垢,因此流动阻力很小。
6、轻质性、易连接、安装方便:超高分子量聚乙烯管道单位管长仅为钢管重量的1/8,这就给装卸、运输、安装和使用带来了方便。连接采用了法兰连接或热熔焊接。
7、经济性:超高分子量聚乙烯管道的价格,比传统钢管低,加之摩擦系数低、流通能力大、冲击强度高、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、耐候性等诸多因素综合对比,其性价比远远超过其它塑料管道和钢管。

The unique company welding technology and equipments enable weld of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe, butt weld and vertical weld of plank, and weld of complex shaped products. The weld strength is equal to or greater than the material strength.
