超高分子量聚乙烯管材的优异性能
超高分子量聚乙烯（UPE）管道是采用分子量250万以上的超高分子量聚乙烯树脂连续挤出成型的，适用于矿山、电力、煤炭、化工等特殊工矿企业的介质传输，其优越性能主要表现在：
高耐磨性:是钢管的4-7倍、普通PE管材的3倍、尼龙的4倍。实践证明，超高分子量聚乙烯管道是小颗粒浆体输送的最佳耐磨管道。
高耐腐蚀性:超高分子量聚乙烯具有饱和分子结构，化学稳定性能极高，能耐各种腐蚀性介质和有机溶剂侵蚀。
高柔韧性:断裂伸长率可达 400% 以上,施工中有较大的弯曲，地壳沉降时拉长至自身的三倍仍然不会断裂。
高抗冲击性:抗冲击强度居各种塑料之首，是高密度聚乙烯的10倍，尼龙的 6倍。无论是外力强冲击还是内部压力波动、冲击，都难以使其开裂。
耐低温性:耐低温性能优异，零下40°C时，抗冲击强度达到最高值。在极低温度下仍能保持良好性能，特别适合于寒冷地区介质输送管材。
不易结垢性:管道内外壁光滑，具有极好的不粘着性和自润滑性，结垢物质很难沉积附着，大大节省了管道的除垢维护费用。
抗老化性:抗老化性能优于PE100，埋地使用50年，其机械性能仅降20%。
节能效果好:摩擦系数为0.07-0.11，粗糙度仅为新钢管的1/6，流通能力高出钢管50%以上，其内径设计可比钢管减少15%左右。
安全环保:无毒无味，符合国家饮用水管道使用标准。
安装方便:超高分子量聚乙烯管道重量是钢管的八分之一，大大降低了安装费用。管材连接采用管体直接翻边，法兰对接，不需加密封件；也可采用承插电热熔焊接，接口强度高，操作简便。
