设备性能
◆设备采用液压传动系统完成压铸、开模、合模、移模等过程；
◆控制系统使用人机界面和PLC对设备进行程序控制，显示设备运行状态及实时工艺参数；
◆具有安全联锁装置，确保安全生产；
◆模具选用高强度、优质耐热模具钢，保证模具使用寿命
◆喷嘴、模具温度采用电加热方式，可自动控制；
◆熔铅炉采用电加热或天然气加热。
