Products are widely used in oil fields, urban pipe networks, automobile manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, mining transportation, port transportation, fluids, gas transportation, etc.
The company's 610 steel pipe unit introduces the world's production of petroleum steel pipe manufacturing technology and equipment, including the introduction of Japanese company's molding machine, milling saw, Norwegian EFD company's solid state induction heating equipment, Germany's SIEMENS company's servo motor, the rest of the equipment is well-known in China Manufacturers manufacture, sophisticated equipment, advanced technology. Products include: H40, J55, K55, N80, L80 steel grade oil casings complying with US API 5CT standards, US API 5L standard X80 and below steel grades, ASTM A53 standards, German DIN 17100 standards, GB/compliant Standard oil and gas pipelines such as T9711.1-1997 and GB/T9711.2-1999.
The company has two existing rolling steel production lines, mainly producing Φ55-Φ85mm special tube blanks, 12-16# channel steel, M15, M18, E19 and other types of grooved steel. The products are widely used in petroleum industry, mining conveyors, machinery manufacturing, steel structures and other industries.
It is estimated that after 2011, the company can produce 700,000 tons of various steel pipes and hot-rolled steel, and realize sales income of 3.5 billion yuan.
