Shandong Huaxia Shenzhou New Material Co.Ltd is located in Dongyue Fluorine and Silicone Material Industry Park. Based on the research, development and production of high-end fluorinated products and relying on the advanced scientific and technical research ability, Shenzhou has rapidly grown to a bright star in the high-tech enterprises.
Established in 2004, our main products are fluoropolymers and fluorinated fine chemicals. Fluoro-polymers include melt-processable fluorinated plastics, such as FEP/ETFE/PVDF/PFA/PFSA/ PFCA and fluoroelastomer FKM series. Fluorinated fine chemicals include HFPO/PPVE/MTPME/ TFE-Sultone, which are widely used in different industries of natioanl defence, military, aerospace, electronics, semiconductor, automobile, machinery, chemicals, textiles, construction, medical and so on.
The project 500MT/year high purity HFPO obtained the certificate of National Torch Programme issued by S&T Ministry . The project 32,100MT/year fluorinated high polymers was listed as the 10th of the strategic newly developing industries in Shandong province. The product Perfluorosulfonated acid resin(PFSA) is approved as the national independent innovation by S&T Ministry. Shenzhou has been approved as the provincial high and new technical enterprise, national technical innvotion experimental enterprise and star enterprise of China patents We have got the certificates of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and national third-grade confidentiality qualification
With abundant industry base and strong technical development ability, We participated many important national and international projects, including “863 Plan”, National Torch Programme, National “11th 5- year Plan” Key Programme, the Sixth Framework Programme and so on, and built cooperation with Benz, Ballard, 3M, GM and other well-known companies. We gained series of eye-catching self innovation results, brokeup many foreign technology monopolies and obtained key attention and strong support from the central and state ministries, party committees and governments at all levels.
We adopt DCS automatic control system to all the production equipments, ensure products quality and an advanced world-level. We have the perfect quality control, up-to-date testing instruments, strong capacity of storing and transportation, professional sales team and technology service team. Our products are exported to over 30 countries and regions all over the waorld, such as theUS, EU, Japan, Canada and so on.
At the beginning of the "13th Five-Year Plan", with the spirit of “challenge ourselves, challenge summit, surpass ourselves, surpass limit” and the development direction of “ high and new industries, high and new technology, high and new products”, we will build the production plants of 10 thousands tons of FEP, 10 thousands tons of PVDF, 10 thousands tons of FKM, one thousand tons of PFA, one thousand tons of ETFE, one thousand tons of PFSA I the coming 5 years. We will build up a well-know brand in the industry of fluoropolymers and fluorinated fine chemicals. We will build a world-famous production industry base of fluoropolymers and function materials.
