产品说明
神舟PVDF DS201是由纯度≥99.99%的偏氟乙烯（VDF）均聚而成的涂料用PVDF氟碳树脂。有70% DS201牌号PVDF树脂制成的氟碳涂料经喷涂或辊涂等工艺经烘烤制成的漆膜具有无与伦比的超耐候性能及加工性能。完全符合美国建筑材料标准AAMA2605及中华人民共和国行业标准HG/T3793-2005。PVDF DS2011产品特点就是不含有PFOA，并且此树脂与DS201树脂相比具有类似的性能。

注意事项
聚偏氟乙烯应避免在高于350℃时加工使用，以防分解产生有毒气体
包装、运输、贮存
1、包装在塑料袋内，再装入纸箱，每桶/箱净含量20kg。抗静电袋，250Kg/袋。
2、应在5-30℃、清洁、干燥的环境中贮存，以免尘土、水汽等杂质混入。
3、按非危险品运输，运输过程中应避免受热、受潮或剧烈震动。

Established in 2004, our main products are fluoropolymers and fluorinated fine chemicals. Fluoro-polymers include melt-processable fluorinated plastics, such as FEP/ETFE/PVDF/PFA/PFSA/ PFCA and fluoroelastomer FKM series. Fluorinated fine chemicals include HFPO/PPVE/MTPME/ TFE-Sultone, which are widely used in different industries of natioanl defence, military, aerospace, electronics, semiconductor, automobile, machinery, chemicals, textiles, construction, medical and so on.
The project 500MT/year high purity HFPO obtained the certificate of National Torch Programme issued by S&T Ministry . The project 32,100MT/year fluorinated high polymers was listed as the 10th of the strategic newly developing industries in Shandong province. The product Perfluorosulfonated acid resin(PFSA) is approved as the national independent innovation by S&T Ministry. Shenzhou has been approved as the provincial high and new technical enterprise, national technical innvotion experimental enterprise and star enterprise of China patents We have got the certificates of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and national third-grade confidentiality qualification
