玻璃钢电容式变压器套管是具有我公司自主知识产权的新型干式变压器套管,是采用环氧树脂浸渍玻璃纤维缠固化体系；按螺旋缠绕制成绝缘层；采用半导体适形材料包绕制成电容屏；绝缘层与电容屏交替缠绕间隔设置经高温固化制成纯固体电容芯子；根据使用及装配要求，采用机械加工手段加工成需要的形状及配合尺寸；连接法兰部分直接胶装在电容芯子绝缘外保护层上；外绝缘采用橡胶增爬伞群注射成型工艺直接注射在电容芯子表面。这种套管具有很高的机构强度，结构非常简单，密封环节非常少，不需维护。
