彩涂钢板表面涂层固化过程中，挥发成份可回收燃烧利用，提高热能利用率，杜绝对环境的污染。
产品性能——基材的化学成分和力学性能，符合GB/T 12754-2006彩色涂层钢板及钢带的相关要求。符合基材相应标准的产品规定。
在彩色涂层钢板的生产中通常对涂层的厚度、光泽度、铅笔硬度、耐候性、耐冲击性能和弯曲性能进行测定，并且在交货时保证这些性能达到有关标准规定或用户提出的要求。
彩涂板用途：涂层钢板具有轻质、美观和良好的防腐蚀性能，又可直接加工，它给建筑业、造船业、车辆制造业、家具行业、电气行业 等提供了一种新型原材料，起到了以钢代木、高效施工、节约能源、防止污染等良好效果。
Shandong Guangyuan Group is located in Zouping Economic Development Zone, east near to Zibo city, west close to Ji'nan city, it is only 3 kilometeres south away from JINAN-QINGDAO High-speed way , with good geographical location and convenient communications.
Our group was founded on June 17 2005,which mainly focuses on manufacturing and marketing fingerprint resistant plate, hot-dipped galvanized steel(HDGI), cold rolled steel(CR), full hard cold rolled steel, composite board, printing steel plate, pre painted galvanized steel plate(PPGI), section bar and other metal building materials . It is a private enterprise group integrating production with trade. In order to achieve diversification strategy development, In 2009 we successively carried on international cooperation in business including mineral development with Xinjiang and Myanmar, exploitation of coal with Mongolia and Russia and other international cooperation. We Set up the following companies respectively: Shandong Shengda Coating Material Co., LTD., Shandong Guangyuan Energy-Saving Materials Co., LTD., Zouping Xinyu Ind.Inc., Zouping Hongqi Trade Co., LTD., Xinjiang Datun Mining Industry Co., LTD., Xinjiang Fengpei Mining Industry Co., LTD., Myanmar Fengshuo Trading Co., LTD., Myanmar Qilu Building Materials Co., LTD..And the total registered capital is RMB 264,980,000. The group covers an area of 500mu (about 83 acres),with building area of 90,000 m2. There are 500 staff in our group, and 90% of them are with secondary school or above education background.
