对纤维滤丝施以拉紧,利用水位差30cm重力过滤,水位达到设定值时,使过滤纤维丝舒张并抖动状态下,用压缩空气和水进行反冲洗的重力式过滤器叫GFF。安装多组设备时反冲洗水自动供应,故无需反洗泵叫PUMPLESS FILTER。
特点及优势
不需要原水泵,对纤维丝施以压榨使厚度达到0.5-2cm进行过滤,利用30cm水位差产生重力过滤。
无需反洗泵,压缩空气使水位上升形成涡流自动供应过滤水。
过滤器最小化,直角长方形滤板比圆筒形滤板同样空间单位过滤面积大。
过滤效率高,与旋紧固定滤层比,非旋紧扰动纤维丝滤层厚,纳污量大。
反冲洗强度高,非旋紧式滤层,由于强烈抖动,可防止盐类粘附和生物膜形成。
运行中可维修,在多组运行时,可单机进行维修。
