　　我公司研发的保温装饰一体化系统，安装简单、效率高、成本低。而且体系保温效果好，防火等级高。

　　本系统是以粘接为主，双向连接膨胀锚栓机械固定为辅，既避免了干挂保温装饰一体化板的龙骨安装和体系的“烟烟囱效应”，也避免了实贴保温装饰一体化保温板中托件、卡件、吊件在分格缝中精确固定的安装麻烦和体系的“热桥效应”。

　　≥保温装饰一体化适应范

　　本施工工艺解决了建筑饰面空鼓、开裂、脱落、浸水等难题，同时达到保温、 隔热、防水、装饰等建筑功效，适用于围护结构的保温与高档装饰的外墙，高档公共建筑如：写字楼、商务大厦、办公楼、学校等。

　　≥保温装饰一体化施工步骤

　　本系统是一种保温装饰一体化板外墙保温的施工方法，它包括一下步骤：墙体基层处理、分割弹线、裁板、向墙体钉入双向锚栓、锚固安装一体化板、发泡材料填缝、硅酮胶弥缝、具体施工方法如下：

　　墙体基层处理：

　　基层墙体应干燥、平整、顺直、坚实。

　　基层表面应清洁，无油污、蜡、脱模剂等妨碍粘贴的附着物，凸起、空鼓和疏松部位应剔除并找平。

　　找平层应与墙体粘结牢固，不得有脱层、空鼓、有害 裂缝。面层不得有粉化、起皮、爆灰等现象。

　　A：新建墙体

　　(1)检查基层墙体的墙面平整度、立面垂直度、阴阳角方正度。如果达不到普通抹灰的要求，应采用1 : 3水泥砂浆 或聚合物水泥砂浆重新进行找平处理。

　　(2)若基层有空鼓和赶壳现象，应凿掉并用1 : 3水泥砂浆或聚合物水泥砂浆找平。

　　(3)检查门窗洞的方正度和一致性，如果达不到普通抹灰的要求，应采用1: 3水泥砂浆或聚合物水泥砂浆重新进行找平处理。

　　(4)若砂装层裂缝大于等于0.2mm，应敲击检查并进行处

　　B：旧墙体

　　(1 )若基层墙体为面砖等时，墙体检查清理完毕后应用墙体界面剂(0.81/1)以内的用量滚涂两遍。

　　(2 )若基层墙体为涂料饰面时，检查涂料是否有粉化开裂现象，如有能铲掉即铲掉，如铲不掉则用界面剂封闭或用封底专用胶进行处理。

　　(3)检查腻子附着情况，如不合格即铲掉后再涂刷界面剂。

　　(4)墙体为干粘石饰面时，检查其粘结强度，如不合格则清理饰面后涂刷界面剂。

　　(5)在旧墙体经界面处理后，检查基层墙体的墙面,平整度、立面垂直度、阴阳角方正度。如果达不到普通抹灰的要求，应采用1:3水泥砂浆或聚合物水泥砂浆重新进行找平处理。

　　(6)现场检测胶粘剂与基层的粘结强度，应不小于0.3MPao

　　A：弹控制线

　　(1 )利用激光经纬仪的测量点，弹出垂直控制线;利用十字激光仪或水平管的测量点，弹出水平控制线。

　　(2 )由控制线处开始测量出建筑物门窗、线条、墙体等的实际尺寸。

　　(3)根据测量数据绘制建筑物外立面草图。

　　(4)在计算机上绘制出建筑物现场实际尺寸的外立面图。

　　(5)根据与甲方、设计院确定方案再结合板材的生产规格优化排板分格方案。

　　(6 )在图纸上每一块不同尺寸的板都标上字母代号，尺寸相同的板采用同一个字母代号。
