LW-126/3150-40型自能式交流高压六氟化硫断路器为户外型产品,适用于海拔不超过2000米(可设计海拔3000米产品),环境温度不低于-30℃,污秽等级不高于Ⅳ级地区的交流50HZ,最高电压为126kv的电网中,用以切断额定电流、故障电流或转换线路,实现对电力系统的控制和保护,也可作为联结断路器使用。该产品以SF6气体作为灭弧和绝缘介质,采用了国际最先进的自能式灭弧技术,配用新型的弹簧操动机构,具有电寿命长、操作功小、噪声低、可靠性高等特点,其结构简单、体积小,不检修周期长,在目前电力设备趋向无油化、大容量的进程中,可完全替代同类型的进口产品。

结构特点
1、断路器采用三相瓷柱式单断口结构,三相配用一个弹簧操动机构,居中布置,三相联动,故外观新颖精致。断路器以SF6气体作为绝缘和灭弧介质,运行时断路器三极SF6气体联通,并采用指针式密度继电器对其压力和密度进行监控。由于采用自能式灭弧原理,且在断路器运动系统中进行了优化设计,故有效的提高了机械效率,最大限度地降低了操作功;
2、开断性能优良,电寿命长;
3、安装底架及支撑采用优质钢板整体折弯而成,表面处理全部采用热镀锌工艺,所有外露紧固件采用高强度材料并热镀锌处理,或采用不锈钢标准件,机构箱外壳采用不锈钢材料,故产品的抗腐蚀性能优良;
4、机械可靠性高,能频繁操作;
5、由于六氟化硫气体固有的高绝缘强度,且断路器采用最优的触头运动,所有断路器开断容性电流无重燃;
6、外绝缘水平高,外绝缘为大爬距离设计,爬电比距≥31mm/kV,耐污秽性能优良,在恶劣的环境下也可安全运行;
7、载流能力强:按额定电流3150的1.2倍即3780A进行温升试验,各点温升仍有较大的裕度;
8、产品整体外观结构紧凑,安装调试方便,维护工作量小。
