MR系列直驱式电动螺旋压力机是一种节能型精密模锻设备。MR系列属电机直驱式电动螺旋压力机；电机转子与螺杆轴连为一体的直接传动形式。
特点：五机械传动，电机直接驱动传动效率高，故障率低，电机转速低、转矩大，能满足锻件打击的各种工艺要求。
电气控制系统采用可编程控制器（PLC）作为主控器件，提高了整机运行的可靠性，采用人机界面（HMI）实现操作人员与机器的信息交换，方便用户进行打击能量参数的设定与机器的故障显示。
机器具有抗偏载能力强，模具应力小、寿命长、锻件成型精度高等特点，在节能、打击力的精确控制等方面优于传统螺旋压力机。适用于模锻、精压、校正、弯曲、压印等工序。是火车、汽车、拖拉机、船舶、航空、五金工具、医疗机械、餐具等行业理想的精锻设备。
