● 线圈采用铜导线绕制或箔绕，以玻璃纤维增强，环氧树脂不加填料真空脱气整体浇注而成，机械强度高、抗短路、耐冲击力强。
● 铁芯采用优质取向硅钢片叠制，45°全斜接缝、阶梯步进式叠片方式，有效降低了产品的空载损耗和噪音。
● 整体浇注的高低压线圈筒壁内预留有纵向风道，可配备强迫风冷装置，提高额定输出容量。
● 产品配备温度控制器，监测变压器温升，自动启动或停止冷却风机；设有高温报警和超温跳闸功能，为干式变压器提供可靠的过载保护，从而提高了干式变压器运行安全性。
