KYN61-40.5铠装型移开式交流金属封闭开关设备，配移开式真空断路器ZN85-40.5或六氟化硫断路器SF1（2）型和VD4-40.5系列，适用于40.5kV三相交流50Hz电力系统中，做为发电厂厂用电、输变电系统变电所的受配电、工矿企事业配电等场合；对电路具有控制、保护和监视等功能。

    本开关柜符合GB3906-2006《3.6~40.5kV交流金属封闭开关设备和控制设备》、IEC62271-200《额定电压1kV以上52kV及以下交流金属封闭开关设备和控制设备》标准。

主要结构特点：

1、开关柜采用复合绝缘，母线采用热缩绝缘材料及环氧涂敷的绝缘手段，优化电极形状，使柜体结构紧凑，缩小占地面积，母排连接头用阻燃材料而成的绝缘套；

2、主母线分段，相邻柜间用母线套管隔开，能有效防止事故蔓延，同时对主母线起到辅助支撑作用；

3、柜体采用组装结构，采用敷铝锌薄钢板柔性线冷加工以后，通过高强度螺栓和铆螺母连接而成，面板采用喷塑工艺，提高了产品的外观质量和装配精度；

4、开关设备的各功能小室均采用金属隔板封隔，并设有独立的压力释放通道；

5、实现关门操作。开关柜内断路器、接地开关等各项正常操作，都在高压隔离门关闭条件下进行；

6、 断路器手车上装有新型全绝缘真空断路器或六氟化硫断路器；

7、“五防”联锁装置安全、可靠；

8、良好的车、柜滑动接地装置，确保人身设备的安全；触头盒前装有金属活门，随车的进出而开闭并到位锁定；手车进出采用丝杠机构，省力轻巧、灵活；

9、方案齐全，系列化强。
