一、背景
在配电室柜有多个分支开关，分支接线端子很多，长期运行后会造成端子氧化、接触电阻增大，端子处温升增高等，有的甚至造发热烧毁事故，严重影响设备的正常运行。随着大力发展智能台区建设，采用开关接线端温度监控系统，对开关接线端温度实时监控，可有效地预防和避免因接线端温升过高而造成的线路事故。
二、产品原理
在智能电子式断路器的端子处内部加装温度传感器，实时监测端子处温度，通过智能断路器的485通讯、载波或无线通讯，上传至终端，再发送到后台，从而实现对配电柜内各接线端子处的温度进行实时监控。
三、产品优势
1、无需单独加装测温设备，它仅是智能电子式断路器的一个功能项，这样大大节省了电网改造成本和维护成本。
2、测温系统全天候在线监测设备温度，及时发现问题，提前预警。
