超低温电机
天然气的输送是通过将其液化然后使用潜液泵进行输送,包括液化天然气(LNG)运输船以及LNG工作站等液化天然气的输送都需要高性能的高速潜液电机,由于电机工作在-162°C的液体中,传统的感应电机效率会出现大幅度的下降,引起电机温升急剧升高而导致的输送气蚀现象,而永磁电机在达到-140°C时,就会出现失磁现象。
公司开发出具有填补国内空白和多项专利的新型专用超低温电机系统,用于输送液化天然气、液氧和液氮等低温液体介质。目前超低温潜液电机技术被三个国家包括美国J. C. Carter公司,日本的荏原(Ebara)、Nikkiso、Shinko公司,法国的Cryostar公司等少数几家公司垄断,我国尚无自主知识产权的相关产品,因此开展超低温潜液电机的研究将为LNG泵的国产化提供重要的技术支持,也为其它低温领域的电机应用奠定了技术基础,打破国际垄断,填补国家在这一领域的空白。

The technical team has successively developed ultra-low speed high-torque direct-drive motors with a success rate of 140,000 revolutions per minute, 200,000 Nm peak torque and 17 revolutions per minute. Motors which is application in - 162 ° C of cryogenic fluid and New Magnetoresistive Synchronous Ultra High Efficiency Industrial Motor.
