性能特点:
1.电机结构简单
开关磁阻电机的结构比鼠笼式感应电动机还要简单。其突出的优点是转子上没有任何形式的绕组,机械强度极高,非常适用于超高速运转;在定子上,它只有几个集中绕组,因此制造简便、绝缘性能好。
2.系统效率高
开关磁阻电机特殊的结构消除了转子上的电流损耗,其仅在定子上产生电流损耗,理论效率高于感应电机和绕线式同步电机,在原理上能够达到和永磁电机有同样的效率水平。
开关磁阻电机驱动系统控制器,可控参数多,灵活方便,易于在较宽转速范围和不同负载下实现高效优化控制,在变速和变载荷应用领域,SRM的综合性能明显优于变频电机。
3.系统可靠性高
SRM的各相绕组和磁路相互独立,单独供电。当系统一相发生故障时,其它相的工作不受影响。系统除总功率有所减小外,并无其他妨碍。
4.启动电流小,启动转矩大
根据典型的电机参数,当启动电流为额定电流的15%时,SRM即可达到100%的额定转矩。而直流电机需要100%的电流,鼠笼感应电机则需要300%的电流。此性能使得SRM系统十分适合于需要重载起动、频繁启停和长时间低速运行的场合。
5.调速性能好
SRM与其它电机相比具有更多的可控参数,包括导通角、关断角、电流幅值和绕组电压。可控参数多意味着控制灵活方便。因此SRM系统可达到很高的稳速精度。
6.转矩脉动和噪声
电机领域的传统观点认为SRM的结构和工作方式决定了其本质上有转矩脉动和噪声的问题。事实上这种问题与电机的设计和控制密切相关。通过优化电机设计和控制策略,转矩波动和噪声完全可以得到有效的抑制。例如SRM领域著名的NidecSRD公司开发的伺服开关磁阻电机转矩波动仅为0.05%。实践证明,通过合理的电机和控制策略设计,SRM的转矩脉动和噪声水平完全可以达到优于其他种类电机的水平。
