安通PP-R铝塑复合管的结构为：外层PP-R，中间焊接铝层为骨架，内层交联聚乙烯(或聚乙烯)，PP-R与铝层间、交联聚乙烯与铝层间分别用专用热熔胶粘结，五层共挤一次成型。

A、使用安通牌系列管材应防止管内产生固态相变(液体变为固体)膨胀力对管道的损害，必须做好防护措施。
B，在温度较低(5‘c以下)的环境中，PP—R管材存在一定脆性，在运输或使用过程中，严禁抛掷或敲击。
c．在安装使用PP—R铝塑复合管时，应特别注意在焊接前，必须用扩孔器将管材焊接接口整圆，焊接时，管材和管件口必须平行对齐，不能焊偏．以免渗漏。
