90°电熔弯头是钢丝网骨架聚乙烯复合管电热熔连接的方式之一，是复合管承插到90°电熔弯头中，对预埋在管件内表面的电热丝通电使其发热，先使90°电熔弯头内表面熔化而产生熔体，熔体膨胀并充满管材管件的间隙，直至管材外表面也产生熔体，两种熔体互相熔融在一起，冷却成型后，管材与管件紧密连接为一体。
