T型翅片管重沸器是一种浮头式管壳换热器的一种新形式，是新型高效的沸腾传热设备，填补了我国沸腾传热设备的一项空白。它采用的是无切削滚压工艺一次成型的密集的、螺旋状的T型翅片管（简称T型翅片管）代替普通光管，使得液体在T型翅片管螺旋通道的壁表面沸腾，由于螺旋通道内外气液的急剧循环，在通道内形成高效的液膜蒸发，在较宽的热通量范围内，能保持介质处于核沸腾状态，使得传热系数大幅度提高，在高速循环过程中还可防止结垢。
T型翅片管重沸器与普通光管重沸器相比,不仅具有较高的传热效率,而且还具有沸腾所需壁温低,临界热负荷高,操作平稳、弹性大等优点，在石油化工等领域应用后取得显著的经济效益。
T型翅片管比光管的传热效率提高≥3倍，节约传热面积≥30%.压力等级：1.0～6.4Mpa T型翅片管的材质: 10＃、不锈钢、08Cr2AlMo、12Cr2AlMoVE等。
适用范围：适用于石油化工、能源等工业领域，壳程沸腾传热的工况。不适用于壳体含固体粉尘及易结焦的介质。
