搭接焊铝塑复合管中间为纵焊铝管，内、外层为聚乙烯，铝管与聚乙烯之间以热熔胶粘合，五层结构以一步法共挤而成，集金属和塑料管优点于一体，显示出优良的性能。艾菲尔铝塑复合管引进德国先进的生产工艺和技术，利用一流的生产设备生产，保证了一流的产品质量。
★采用优质原材料
艾菲尔铝塑复合管全部使用德国品牌sllon/consfab的交联聚乙烯料：
★世界领先的工艺技术和装置
艾菲尔公司拥有特殊的交联处理工艺和装置，确保出厂的每米管材都经过交联处理，交联度达到65％以上；
★超声波焊接铝带
铝带与铝带之间采用搭接焊技术，铝带焊接面积大，有较高的焊接强度；
★共挤模头挤出管材
该工艺较其他涂敷工艺相比，热熔胶流动性好，铝带与塑料粘接强度高；
★管内加压在线检测
加压0.6—0.8MPa后，铝带与塑料粘接紧密，提高了粘接强度。如果焊接有缺陷，管材当场爆裂，保证出厂产品合格率为100％；
★同步控制器
整个生产线全部实现电脑控制，当生产速度改变时，只需输入生产速度，其他参数由电脑自动调节；
★光学检测仪器
控制管的内外壁质量及外径，防止人为失误。

产品性能优点
★有与金属管材相当的强度，并易于弯曲，消除了金属管的脆性弯曲后不反弹；耐高温、耐高压、耐腐蚀，性能优异，可用于冷、热水等流体的输送：
★管材内壁平滑，在输送流体时阻力小，此种管的输送流体能力比同管径金属管大30％；
★有阻燃特性，可输送易燃、易爆的气体和油料；
★隔热保温性能好，其导热系数为0.45W／mk，远远小于金属管，因而在导热时不结垢，导冷时不结霜，节约管外隔热材料的使用。同时可使流体不受污染，无毒无害，是净水工程的理想管材；
★易于切割、加工，可用专用管件连接而不需攻丝套扣，小口径管材成卷供应，任意取长，任意弯曲，节省弯头、管件，安装施工方便，

★正常使用条件下，使用寿命长达50年：
