玻纤带增强塑料(聚乙烯)复合管材以高密度聚乙烯为内管,高强度玻璃纤维增强复合带为增强层正反方向缠绕在内管上,高密度聚乙烯为外包覆层,并经特殊工艺处理牢固结合为一体的新型耐压塑料复合管材。大口径RTP复合管填补了国内空白,主要技术性能已达到国际先进水平。
性能特点
★良好的卫生性能:HDPE管加工时不添加重金属盐稳定剂,材质无毒性,无结垢层,不滋生细菌,很好地解决了城市饮用水的二次污染。
★耐磨损、耐腐蚀:内壁光滑,磨擦系数小;耐磨性为钢管的 4 倍,除少数强氧化剂外,可耐多种化学介质的侵蚀;内壁不结垢,水头损失比钢管低20~40% 。
★长久的使用寿命:在正常使用环境下,地埋管道使用寿命可达50年以上。
★优良的物理性能:柔性好,耐扭曲,具有优异的抗冲击、抗强震、抗磨损性能,耐冲击强度优于金属管。
★可靠的连接性能:采用热熔对接、电热熔等连接方式,接口的连接强度高于管材本体,接缝不会因基础变动或其它外力影响而断开。
★良好的施工性能:重量轻,密度仅为钢管的八分之一,焊接工艺简单,施工速度快,开挖量小,与金属管相比,可减少工程造价三分之一。
★较大的输送流量:管壁平滑、能提高介质流速,增大流量,与相同的金属管道相比,可节省动力消耗。
★绿色环保:玻纤复合管材很好的解决了金属复合管材回收难的问题,产品无二次污染,可回收再利用。
★性价比:与PE实壁管材相比同等压力等级的价格降低10%,大口径的更为显著,最高降低40%,与球墨铸铁管相比,价格相当,但其塑料优越的物理性能是金属管道无法比拟的,与钢丝网缠绕管和钢骨架复合管相比,RTP管的连续纤维(玻纤)的高强度、重量比和热塑性塑料的柔性,抗腐蚀等性能结合更加完美,尤其是可以通过层压全熔接形成整体实壁,使结构的完整和性能的优势发挥更加超凡,解决了塑钢不熔合的难题。

使用注意事项:
● 管材和管件应存放在通风良好的库房或简易棚内,不得露天存放,防止阳光直射,注意防火安全,距离热源不得小于1米。
● 管材应水平堆放在平整的地上,应避免弯曲管材管材应逐层堆码,堆积高度不得超过2米。
● 配送管材和管件时,应小心轻放,避免油污,严禁剧烈撞击,与尖锐物品碰触或抛、摔、滚、拖管材。
● 不得用硬物敲打管子与管件,尤其在低温度时。
● 必须与管材轴向垂直方向切割管材,并保持切口干净平整。
● 热熔连接应严格按照规定的熔接温度和熔接时间进行连接。
● 热熔连接时,管材和管件最大偏离角度不得超过5度。
● 管材弯曲时,弯曲半径不得小于管子直径的8倍,严禁用明火加热弯曲。
● 两根管子交叉重叠时,必须使用弯管。
● 给水聚乙烯管应避免作为拉攀,吊架等使用。
● 直埋暗管封蔽后,应在墙面或标明暗管的位置和走向。
● 严禁在管上冲击或钉金属钉等尖锐物体。
