SMC复合材料是sheet molding compound的缩写，即片状模塑料，是一种高性能的非金属复合材料。其主要原料由不饱和聚酯树脂、玻璃纤维、填料、颜料及各种助剂组成，具有机械强度高，材料重量轻、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长、绝缘强度高、耐电弧、阻燃等特点，且产品设计灵活，易规模化生产。
产品特点
1、克服了金属材料焊接成型箱体容易腐蚀，绝缘性差、使用寿命短的缺陷。
2、该材料没有二次利用价值，故其自身防盗性能较好。
3、可有效抵抗酸、碱、油、水、沥青、酒精的腐蚀。
4、防火性能好，阻燃等级为VO级。
5、SMC复合材料的三维网状分子结构和增强纤维共同作用，使其具有良好的抗冲击性，材料的伸拉强度103.4Mpa,弯曲强度181.82Mpa,所以，冲击性能比其他材料要好。
