产品材料概述
PE（高密度聚乙烯）环保健康饮用水管道，采用进口PE100原材料，按照GB/T13663标准制造，产品具有良好的可焊接性、抗环境应力开裂性，其性能达到国际标准和国家标准要求。
PE管的用途，PE管道主要用于给水排水管道、矿用管道、化工制药的污水及流砂砂浆等固体或混合体等的介质输送，管内阻力比金属管道小25%，可大大提高输送效率。
PE的原料来源丰富，从分子式结构（C2H4）看，PE的分子结构是聚合物简单的一种，PE管道在发展中，不断克服自身的不足，PE管的连接，PE管的加热熔接，要求一定的操作空间和熟练的操作技术。后来发明了电热焊接套管，就是两个管段或管件，通过一个电热焊接套筒相连接，这种连接方式用于管沟内PE管的连接，或者施 工空间狭小的地方。PE管道的材料性能也在改善，从PE63、PE80到PE100，将来会发展到PE115。PE100是指在200°C下，这种等级的 PE材料在50年后，能保持10Mpa的低强度（MRS）。PE80为8.0Mpa。随着PE材料等级的提高，同样的管道，采用PE115的管壁厚度要低 于采用PE100的管道壁厚，在满足要求的前提下，PE管的壁厚变薄，减少了PE材料的用量，降低了成本，有利于PE管道在大口径管道中的应用。
PE管道的连接都需要加热，还有要求一定的冷却时间，每一次焊接都需要20分钟左右。口径越大的管道，加热和冷却时间越长，因此PE管的安装工期相对延长。
