四、矿井下煤矿瓦斯管施工时如何安全使用电气焊
1、煤矿瓦斯管的操作者有必要持证上岗，了解电焊机、气焊的功能布局和运用办法，而且把握避免触电的办法，以及触电的急救办法。
2、在电焊机送电前，有必要具体查看各接线能否结实牢靠，能否有绝缘损坏、短路、接触不良等表象，电焊钳能否无缺。
3、一切焊接设备，包含电焊机，焊接作业台及其它金属设备，均应装有牢靠的接地线；一切设备的开关及接线盒有必要运用矿用隔爆型设备，严禁用其它设备替代。
4、作业地址装备两台无缺的干粉灭火器，施工人员需熟练把握灭火器的运用办法，一起在作业地址放置一袋沙子以备用，体积不小于0.5m3 。
5、整理作业地址邻近周围20米规模之内浮煤、杂物、底板积煤、顶帮积岩、可燃物和易燃易爆物品，并用水浇湿、浇透。
6、水管接至施工地址，并供水正常，需在焊接地址20米规模内进行浇水灭尘，使周围环境坚持充沛湿润，并用不燃性资料在焊点邻近1.5m规模内接挡焊花，以防焊花引燃煤体。
7、煤矿管焊接全过程中，由通风队装备1名专职瓦检员对施工地址前后及开关邻近20米内的瓦斯浓度进行检测，当施工地址及开关邻近20米内空气中瓦斯浓度均小于0.5％时方准焊接作业。安监处派一名安检员进行现场监督，综采队有必要派一名副队长及以上干部现场担任并严格执行本办法。在施工过程中中止其它无关作业，以防形成煤尘飞扬。
