地面永久性水环式瓦斯抽放泵是用于煤矿在地面集中抽放井下瓦斯的一种专用安全装备，其特点是能有效地抽出部分或大部分煤层解吸瓦斯，减轻矿井通风负担，且抽出的瓦斯浓度较高。该产品符合矿用设备制造的有关规程的要求。
