在整个球团生产线中，回转窑的窑头缩口，环冷机受料斗部位是生产工况最恶劣的部位，不但温度高，受冲刷磨损也是最严重的，针对此种情况，我公司专门开发研制了窑头缩口、受料斗专用浇注料，使其寿命有了大幅度提高，由原来的6-8个月，提高到了现在的1.5年，深受用户的信赖和好评。

It is a comprehensive enterprise combining the research, production, design, construction and technical service of refractory materials. With the long-term help and cooperation of Loyang Refractory Material Research Institute, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Northeast University, The Metallurgical Design Institute in Shandong Province and other institutes, the company has developed series of new products with the strong point of good quality, energy-saving and environment-protection. In 2003, the company constructed the first pellet production line of grate-cooler-kiln in ShandongProvince: the production line of 600,000 tons of pellet per year by Lunan Mining. Moreover, with the good construction quality and good after-sale service, the company has already constructed 25 the same kind of production lines by the first half of 2010. The company ranks the top in China in the sharing and technology of pellet refractory. What’s more, based on years of careful research, the technicians in the company have successfully developed the new kind energy-saving, environment-protecting and long life lining used in kiln, which was appraised as “The Most Recommended Energy-Saving Technology and Product in Zibo”. The compound prefabricated brick used in the lining also gains the national invention patent. After the technician’s readjustment to the technology, now it is successfully applied to the magnetic roasting rotary kiln and achieves good effect. In addition, the company has unique study in set of refractory material and construction of the magnesium reduction furnace and has constructed almost 50 sets of magnesium reduction furnace which gains good comment from the customers.
