国内独家研制的汽化增压调控装置使输出LCO2压力稳定、流量恒定并确保输出管路不被堵。
井下用空温式增压汽化器主要由纯铝制星型管、铝制集结管、角铝、槽铝及不锈钢法兰等部件组成。原理是：将环境空气的热量通过导热片传导给该汽化器，并持续不断地补充气化过程中所吸收的热量，保障气化的顺利进行，该汽化器完全靠空气热传导进行气化，所以气化的效果会受环境温度的影响。
主要作用是：将储罐所释放出的低温液体，以自热方式转化成为气体，使其体积膨胀压力升高，给储罐补充压力。主要能源来自于环境空气自身所带的热能，并以热传导方式通过导热片将热量传导给该汽化器，不需要外界专门的提供热源，此设计构思新颖，并符合节能减排的要求。井下用空温式增压汽化器安装在平板矿车上，通过液相管路和气相管路与各储罐连接，其主要用途是给各个储罐补充压力，并给灭火管路实施增压，使管路不易冰堵，压力均衡，释放均匀。
通过对亭南煤矿106综放工作面20余小时的液态二氧化碳压注，采空区氧气含量从15%下降到5%并一直保持稳定，采空区一氧化碳、温度下降明显，效果显著，保障了煤矿安全。
系统构成 Composition
KSS-YEM1000矿用移动式二氧化碳降温防灭火系统，主要有LCO2储罐、自增压调控装置、液相管路、气相管路、安全保障系统、操控装置、平板矿车等部分组成。
LCO2储罐
■ 坚固的碳钢外壳，耐压性能高；
■ 内外双层结构，保温绝热性好；
■ 内层罐容积为2m³，可承装2 吨LCO2 ；
■ 采用自增压调控，通过液相管路和气相管路持续给直注罐增压，保持罐内压力稳定，以防LCO2固化成为干冰；
■ LCO2 直注罐属于压力容器，达到GB150-1998《钢制压力容器的国家标准》。
