| 组成：HLK-B石蜡乳化剂是由多种表面活性剂和助乳化剂经过特定的生产工艺复合而成的非离子型表面活性剂。性能及应用：该乳化剂对全精炼、半精炼、粗石蜡及液体石蜡等产品具有独特的乳化性能。使用该产品制备石蜡乳液具有设备简单、工艺成熟、操作简便、成本低等特点。用该产品制得的固含量50%以上的石蜡乳液，具有粒子均匀、手感细腻、储存稳定、环保性好、润滑性好、抗酸碱性好、不分层不破乳等优点。并且水溶性好，可以任意比例水稀释成低固含量的产品。使用该乳化剂制备的石蜡乳液，广泛应用于造纸、纺织、铸造、水性涂料等领域。在人造板工业中，能完全替代石蜡作为防水、防潮助剂，具有比石蜡成本低、效果好的优点。使用方法：1、 将石蜡100份、乳化剂7-8份，水42份一起装入容器内加温熔化。2、 待容器内基本物熔化后，开动搅拌器（猫式或框式），转速每分钟100转左右。3、 当容器内液体温度达到95至98度时，恒温继续搅拌15分钟左右。4、 然后缓慢加入浓度为40%的氢氧化钠溶液，约为石蜡量的0.1%-0.2%左右，使容器内液体转为粘稠状。5、 待容器内液体变稠后，继续搅拌二十分钟左右方可根据实际需要含量第二次加水稀释。6、 充分搅拌稀释后即可进行强制降温，降温时转速控制在每分钟50转以内，以免形成机械泡沫，至常温后停止搅拌，并静止20分钟即可罐装。注：所用石蜡品种不同及当地水质差异，石蜡乳液的生产工艺可能有少许差别，有问题请与我公司联系，我公司技术部会为您提供全面的技术指导。 | ||
