防 氧 化 涂 料 说 明 书
本产品主要用于镁碳砖、铝镁碳砖、铝碳砖、赛棒、水口、滑板、电极等含炭耐火材料的工作面的防氧化涂层。 把防氧化涂料涂于精炼钢包用50Ｘ50Ｘ50mm镁炭砖样块的一个面上，其他面不涂。然后把样块放在电阻炉里，进行1000℃,3小时的氧化试验。氧化后，把氧化的试样从中间切开，测量氧化层的厚度，氧化结果是：没有涂层的镁炭砖面的氧化层深度是3.97mm，并且氧化层松散而没有强度；而涂有防氧化涂料的镁炭砖面形成一层釉层，该面镁炭砖没有氧化，即氧化层薄的侧不出来。 在2种镁炭试样（式样尺寸25Ｘ25Ｘ125）的一半上，涂一层防氧化涂料，涂料的厚度约0.2-0.5mm，然后，进行氧化试验。试样是在硅化钼电阻炉里进行的。试验温度是1600℃，保温2小时。氧化试验后，从试样中间切开，测量氧化层厚度，其结果见下表： 表：1600℃高温下氧化镁炭砖的涂料效果
由此可知：本厂生产的防氧化涂料，涂于含炭耐火材料表面，不仅使含炭耐火材料在中低温下抗氧化，而且在1600S摄氏度高温下也能使含炭耐火材料抗氧化，而且抗氧化效果非常明显。远优于金属铝和硅添加物。防氧化层越厚，抗氧化效果越显著。这对于提高含炭耐火材料的抗侵蚀性和使用寿命是非常有意义的，利用防氧化涂料来提高含炭耐火材料的抗氧化性，就可以减少金属添加物的加入量，这有利于降低耐火材料的成本和提高竞争能力。 |
