用途
10-18、9-18、9-16型高压离心通风机适用于中小型化肥厂生产工艺配备设备、化铁炉、燃烧炉、正压燃油锅炉的强制通风，并可广泛用于物料、粮食输送。输送空气为无腐蚀性、不自燃、不含粘性的气体。如无特殊要求，介质温度一般不超过80℃，介质的含尘量不大于150mg/m3。
结构形式
该风机为单吸入和双吸入式，每个系列共有17个机号，通风机可制成右旋和左旋两种型式。从电动机一端正视，如叶轮顺时针旋转称顺旋风机，以“顺”表示，逆时针旋转称逆旋风机，以“逆”表示。
风机的出口位置以机壳的出口角度表示，“左”“右”均可制成0°、45°、90°、135°、180°、225°共6个角度。风机的传动方式为A式、D式和F式3种。
No.4-6.3（9-16No.4.6-7.2）主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、支架等组成，No.7.1-25（9-16 8.1-28.4）主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、传动组组成。
（1）叶轮 10-18风机叶片为6片长叶片、6短叶片，9-18为8片短叶片、4片长叶片，9-16叶片为12片。
（2）机壳 用普通钢板焊接成蜗壳型整体（三个系列通用采用9-19机壳）。
（3）进风口 做成收敛式流线型整体结构。用螺栓固定在前盖板组上（三个系列通用采用9-19进风口）。
（4）传动组 由主轴、轴承箱、联轴器等组成，由优质钢组成，轴承箱整体结构，F式为双支承两个轴承箱，采用滚动轴承用轴承润滑脂润滑。
