针对石灰套筒窑的现场使用情况，研究开发了高铝高强浇注料SH-75、SH-85；致密高铝浇注料SH-70；粘土轻质浇注料SH-18；这四种新产品是配套是配套石灰套筒窑的低水泥耐火浇注料，以高品质铝矾土为主材质，以水泥作为结合剂，在该产品中复合加入高性能减水剂和防爆剂提高产品施工性能和使用性能。
材料特性：
1）优质粘土结合—烧结温度低，中温强度高，抗剥落，耐急冷急热。
2）轻质保温材料，容重轻，使用温度高。
应用范围：
适用于石灰套筒窑下套筒顶部以及过桥部位的燃烧室等相关部位。
施工及保存方式：
振动浇注施工；
覆膜塑编袋包装，包装规格为50kg/袋；
储存于干燥、通风、防潮、防晒的仓库；
一般最大储存期6个月。
