胶体产品为无色透明、无毒、无腐蚀。粉剂为白色粒状。两者均能溶于水，但几乎不溶于有机溶剂。不同品种、不同分子量的产品有不同的性质。
四、用途：胶体产品主要以非离子型为主，该产品主要用于石油勘探、纺织、化工、涂料、污水处理等行业。
粉剂产品主要以阴离子型为主，可根据用途不同，生产非离子型及水解度不同的阴离子型的产品。该产品主要用于石油、冶金、选矿、造纸、纺织、制糖、石料切割、化工、医药以及污水处理等。
胶体及粉剂聚丙烯酰胺，可根据用户提供的产品质量要求生产含量、分子量、水解度各异的产品。
五、使用方法：
本产品系高分子线型聚合物，尤其在使用粉剂时，应采用“湿润法”溶解，即粉剂加入少量水中形成胶胨后，再加水稀释到使用浓度否则易抱团，造成难溶，水的温度以不超过50℃为宜。为了加快溶解速度，可进行搅拌，但搅拌速度不宜过快。
