RS-1重整预加氢催化剂
RS-1催化剂是中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院研制开发的重整预加氢催化剂，能在高空速下对石脑油馏分加氢精制，具有加氢性能好，脱硫、脱氮活性高，芳烃饱和性能小的特点，特别适合于高空速下对重整原料进行预加氢，具有很强的市场竞争能力。

RS-1催化剂对原料适应性强：
对直馏汽油，可在8~10h-1的高空速及低氢油比条件下操作，生成催化重整原料;
对含25%焦化汽油的石脑油，可在4~6h-1高空速下生产催化重整原料。
在重整预加氢的压力条件下(2.0MPa)，可用于国内外多种原料以及中东高硫原料的加氢，也可用于掺兑二次加工汽油的含氮原料(N﹤5ppm)的预加氢，生产S﹤0.5ppm、N﹤0.5ppm的精制油。
Zibo Qimao Catalyst Co., Ltd. (former Zibo Linzi Qimao Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), founded in 2002, is a high-tech enterprise in Shandong Province and a designated production unit of Catalyst Branch of Sinopec. It specializes in the development, production and sale of six types of key products including residual oil hydrogenation (up flow type and fixed bed) catalyst, wax oil hydrogenation catalyst, hydrocracking catalyst, diesel hydrogenation catalyst, hydrogenation treatment series protective agent and dried aluminum hydroxide gel, with an annual throughput of 2,000 tons.
The company has kept a closely cooperative relationship with Research Institute and Qilu Branch of Petroleum Processing (RIPP) of Sinopec for a long time and owns the right of the use of many hydrogenation catalyst patents, and according to success application and good appraisal, its products have reached or are close to the advanced level of similar products overseas in quality. In the meantime, it relies on powerful scientific research development capability of the scientific research institute and pays attention to the development of new products and the updating of products, as a result, the product structure is sound. As it has a domestically advanced catalyst production line adopting DCS control, the activating temperature of finished products can be accurately controlled, and the catalysts produced by the company are featured by uniform appearance and color, reasonable particle size distribution, no broken particle, no dust, high activity, etc. and can meet the demands of different customers.
The company has professional technicians with rich experience and technically skilful workers and has established a whole process quality control system and network ranging from incoming quality control of materials, control of production process, development of new products, standardized management, outgoing quality control of products and after-sales service so as to guarantee product quality and provide good-quality after-sales service.
