一、产品用途： 炼油厂延迟焦化装置是加工渣油的重要装置，当焦炭塔生焦达到一定高度时， 由于气速过高，大量油气在焦炭塔内产生泡沫， 同时大量的油气携带焦粉，进入大油气管线或分馏塔。其中一部分焦粉易贴在大油气管线壁与部分冷凝液发生裂解缩合反应，形成焦炭，并越积越多，严重时导致装置被迫降量维持生产，甚至停工。 针对上述情况，我公司与科研院所开发研制了高效延迟焦化VCX-991消泡剂，该助剂消泡迅速、抑泡持久、使用方便、效益高，对后续工序中催化剂无影响，对维护装置长周期生产、加大焦化处理量，提高炼油厂经济效益十分明显。二、使用说明： 消泡剂通过计量泵自焦炭塔顶直接注入，注入量为30～80PPm。三、包装、运输及储存： 产品用镀锌铁桶包，每桶净重180Kg，亦可根据客户要求包装；产品在运输过程中应轻装轻卸，避免包装破损，应远离火源和热源，注意防火、防高温、防静电，严禁与氧化剂混运，并应符合危险货物运输的有关规定；产品应贮存在干燥、通风、阴凉的库房内，远离火源和热源，严禁与氧化剂共贮，并应防火、防高温、防静电。
