一、产品简介 我公司所产催化裂化强化剂为油溶性液体，非易燃易爆、对设备无腐蚀作用，可直接与原料油混合，既不改变装置的工艺参数，又不影响装置负荷，加注方便，可在现有装置及工艺条件下，提高催化裂化原料的转化率增加轻油收率(提高LPG+汽油+柴油收率1%以上)，降低焦炭及干气产率，有效地提高催化装置的经济效益。二、用法与用量 1.原料泵入口处加入，与催化裂化原料混合均匀，计量泵注入。 2.加注量：相对于新鲜原料50～150ppm。（快速阶段加注量为200 ppm，时间5～7天）。三、包装及贮存 本品专用200L镀锌铁桶包装，净重180kg；产品运输过程中应避免日晒、雨淋、火种和碰撞；产品应贮存在清洁、阴凉、干燥和通风的仓库中，严禁火种、请勿暴晒；产品从生产日期起，有效期为12个月；超过有效期后经检测，结果符合本标准仍可使用。
