俗称山奈、山奈钠，化学式为NacN，是氰化物的一种。易溶于水，微溶于乙醇。其水溶液呈强碱性，易水解，有剧毒。
氰化钠是一种重要的基本化工原料，被广泛应用于冶金、矿山、农药、医药、电镀及有机合成中，作为淬火剂、络合剂及将氰基引入到化合物中。
氰化钠的生产工艺是将丙烯腈装置送来的液体氢氰酸与液碱在反应器中充分混合，发生酸碱中和反应生产液体氰化钠。齐泰公司液体氰化钠装置现年生产能力30000吨/年。
