主要用途
一水肌酸是一种医药原料及保健品添加剂。可抑制肌肉疲劳因素的产生，减轻疲劳与紧张，恢复体能，可加速人体蛋白质合成，使肌肉更结实，增强肌肉弹性，降低胆固醇、血脂、血糖水平，改善中老年人肌肉萎缩症，延缓衰老。
