| 【功能主治】 | 凉血止血，清热解毒，燥湿敛疮，消肿止痛。适用于湿热下注所致的内痔，混合痔的内痔部分Ⅰ、Ⅱ期出现的便血、肿胀、疼痛，以及炎性外痔出现的肛门坠账疼痛、水肿、局部不适。 |

| 【用法用量】 | 肛门给药。一次1克，一日1~2次，或遵医嘱。睡前或便后外用。使用时先将患部用温水洗净，擦干，然后将药管上的盖拧下，用盖上的尖端刺破管口，每次用药前取出一个给药管，套在药管上拧紧，插入肛门内适量给药或外涂于患部。 |
| 【不良反应】 | 1、少数患者出现食欲不振、腹泻、腹痛。 2、用药后出现黄疸，眼和皮肤明显黄染，提示肝功能受损。 3、偶有恶心、呕吐、皮疹及药热，停药后消失。 |
| 【禁 忌】 | 1、对本品成分有过敏史者，严重肾功能不全者禁用； 2、孕妇禁用。 3、完全性房室传导阻滞时禁用。 4、溶血性贫血患者及葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏患者禁用。 |
| 【注意事项】 | 1、本品为外用药，切忌口服。 2、忌烟酒及辛辣、油腻、刺激性食物。 3、保持大便通畅。 4、本品含盐酸小檗碱、盐酸罂粟碱。肝肾功能不全者慎用，心脏病患者慎用。青光眼患者应定期检查眼压。 5、有高血压、肝病、糖尿病、肾病或血液病等慢性病患者应在医师指导下使用。 6、儿童、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、年老体弱者应在医师指导下使用。 7、本品仅对痔疮合并少量便血，肿胀及疼痛有效，如便血量较多或原因不明的便血，或内痔便后脱出不能自行还纳肛内，应去医院就诊。 8、放置时动作宜轻柔，避免出血，置入适当深度以防滑脱。 9、严格按照用法用量使用，用药三天症状无缓解，应去医院就诊。本品不宜作为预防用药或1日内多次重复使用。 10、对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。 11、本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。 12、儿童必须在成人监护下使用。 13、请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。 14、如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。 |
