XG1.H型脉动真空灭菌器是根据现代医疗服务机构消毒供应中心对产品的最新要求研制开发的高温灭菌产品，能够全方位的满足医院消毒供应中心的消毒灭菌需求，并且产品是按照最新的行业规范及产品标准进行设计、制造；容器的设计、制造符合GB150《压力容器》及《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》，产品设计符合GB8599 《大型蒸汽灭菌器-自动控制型》技术要求。
产品性能及特点
♦国际最先进的环形夹套主体
与塞焊夹套主体相比的优势：内室强度和稳定性更高；多点进汽，多段加热，温度梯度便于内室蒸汽对流，温度分布更均匀；节省蒸汽消耗；灭菌器整体重量更轻。
● 坚固可靠、经久耐用
主体按照常规设计与分析方法进行内部应力分析设计，利用现代高仿真软件对主体模型进行仿真模拟设计，设计使用寿命10年(或20000次灭菌循环)。
● 严格规范的加工过程
主体采用机器人自动焊接成型，保证焊接的规范一致性；严格的焊接工艺保证和时效处理，保证灭菌器的主体质量可靠。
