一、概述：
三氧低温灭菌器是国内首创，国际上也只有美国一家公司生产，它可以替代传统的蒸汽灭菌、干热灭菌和过氧化氢等离子体低温灭菌。
三氧作为一种高效灭菌剂，在灭菌室真空状态下迅速扩散，穿透所灭菌之物品维持一定时间完成灭菌。
三氧低温灭菌技术几乎具备了一种理想杀菌消毒方法所具备的全部条件，与高压蒸汽灭菌、干热灭菌相比，灭菌时间短；与亚乙基氧为主体的化学灭菌相比，操作温度低，能够广泛应用于多种材料和物品的灭菌。特别是在切断电源后，产生的各种活性粒子能够在数毫秒内消失，无环境污染，不会对操作人员构成伤害，可减轻医护人员的工作的工作危害，同时能广泛地适用于对湿热敏感的精密医疗器材。
二、工作原理：
三氧（臭氧）是一种强氧化剂，灭菌过程属生物化学氧化反应。三氧灭菌有以下3种形式：
1.三氧能氧化分解细菌内部葡萄糖所需的酶，使细菌灭活死亡。
2.直接与细菌、病毒作用，破坏它们的细胞壁和DNA、RNA，使细菌的新陈代谢受到破坏，导致细菌死亡。
3.透过细胞膜组织，侵入细胞内，作用于外膜的脂蛋白和内部的脂多糖，使细菌发生通透性畸变而溶解死亡。
三、主要用途：
该设备适用于金属、非金属诊疗器械和物品的灭菌，也可广泛用于医疗机构的手术室、供应室以及其他治疗室。
a) 管腔类
金属器械和用品：内径≥1mm,长度≤500mm
非金属器械和用品：内径≥1mm,长度≤2000mm
b) 非管腔类
四：常温负压：
三氧灭菌温度为30℃±5℃，干性灭菌，对器械和物品无损害，可延长贵重器械使用寿命，灭菌室为负压，操作安全。
五、数据管理：
应用大容量存储保存原始数据，以备查询；微型打印机实时打印当前批次运行数据，两种记录方式保证设备数据记录100%可查询。
六、适用范围广：
低温灭菌适用于约95%的器械，尤其对非耐热电子器械如内窥镜、电子仪器、电池、导线、摄影照相机等物品的灭菌处理，独具优势。
七、安全环保：
灭菌完成后，只有少量水分子和氧分子，无毒害物质残留，无需排水或排风，对医务人员无损害；排气口安装有高效过滤器，充分吸收真空过程中排出的O3 ,对环境无污染。
八、省时省钱：
灭菌周期短，在55分钟内完成灭菌，操作完成后可直接使用，无需冷却，每次灭菌所需费用低，能提高所灭菌器械的周转使用率，减少贵重器械的损耗及备用量，间接降低使用成本。
